BEKERJA DENGAN SYARIKAT MULTINASIONAL

Setelah lama tak buat apa dengan blog. Aku semakin dewasa, semakin matang dalam kehidupan. Cuma aku masih ditakuk lama.

Sekarang bekerja di sebuah syarikat multinasional yang aku yakin, kalau aku sebut nama syarikat tu mesti korang akan "Ooooooo.... Tau sangat".

Yang susahnya bila hampir semua 'orang-orang besar' dalam syarikat ni adalah bukan Muslim (sebanarnya, seorang saja pun Muslim.) Susahnya nak meyakinkan diorangg yang tidak semua perkara aku boleh lakukan, semacam mana mereka lakukan. Lebih-lebih lagi aku bekerja di bahagian Pemasaran.

Aku baru berbincang dengan ketua aku. Aku bertanyakan mengenai program derma yang sedang diusulkan kepada bos besar.

Seperti biasa, setiap tahun syarikat ini akan memberi produk percuma kepada pelanggan sempena dengan ulang tahun perniagaan. Akan tetapi, tahun ini mereka mahukan sedikit perubahan. Mereka akan menjual coupon produk dengan harga tertentu dan kesemua wang tersebut akan didermakan kepada organisasi.

Alhamdulillah kami dapat berbincang dengan baik tetapi outcomenya adalah tidak seperti yang diharapkan.

Aku mengemukan cadangan bahawa kalau cadangan derma itu diluluskan, saya minta supaya derma itu diberikan kepada mana-mana badan yang tidak mempunyai kaitan dengan mana-mana gereja ataupun tokong atas sebab agama.

Betapa susahnya mahu terangkan kepadanya mengapa (dan saya harap korang pun faham kenapa. Jadi saya tidak perlu terangkan dengan panjang lebar). Sebaliknya, dia memberitahu aku supaya bersikap lebih terbuka dan mengatakan aku seorang narrow minded. Dia menyuruh aku supaya membezakan perception/prinsip dengan kerja. Dalam kata yang mudah, sekular.
Astaghfirullah...

Aku tahu aku bukan seorang yang baik sebagai Muslim. Aku banyak dosa. Tapi kalau sudah terang akan perkara ini, aku rasa ini adalah tanggungjawab aku. Aku tak nak menambah dosa yang aku tahu akan natijahnya.

Dia juga menyebut bahawa jualan coupon yang dijual adalah satu kempen amal. Dan tidak akan ada promosi pun mengatakan wang akan didermakan kepada badan tertentu. Dia menerangkan duit jualan adalah kepunyaan perniagaan. Jadi, perniagaan yang akan menderma. Bukan pelanggan. Saya dengan yakinnya berani mengatakan pasti ada juga orang Muslim yang akan beli coupon tu. Memang bukan intention diorang beli untuk menderma. Diorang beli coupon untuk mendapatkan produk tersebut dengan harga yang tak tercapai akal. Akan tetapi, secara tidak langsung, dalam diam wang yang mereka gunakan untuk membeli produk tersebut digunakan untuk memberi derma. Allah... Kasihannya.... Aku sedih.. Tapi aku tidak mahu meneruskan perbincangan kerana tidak mahu bertelagah dengan ketua aku. Aku tak mahu keadaan menjadi rumit.

Perbincangan diakhiri dengan ketua aku meminta aku menjadi sekular (walaupun dia tak cakap macama tu, tapi aku faham maksudnya)

Semoga Allah terus memberi kekuatan untuk aku bekerja di sini dan membuka rezeki aku untuk bekerja dengan syarikat yang lain. Ya Allah... Aku rasa bersalah kerana tidak mampu untuk menegakkan AgamaMu. Semoga Kau terus beri kekuatan dan juga menambahkan kekuatan untuk terus memperjuangkan agamaMu.

DUGAAN

Ya Allah...

Sesungguhnya, amat berat dugaan Mu utk ku pd bln Ramadahn ini.. Aku tahu, Engkau tdk akn turunkan ujian ke ats hamba Mu melainkan hamba Mu itu benar2 kuat utk menghadapinya. Kau sdg menguji ku.. Aku tahu... Ttp amat bsr dugaan Mu itu, Ya Allah..

Mengapa perlu dia dtg kembali stlh hampir 2 thn ianya berlalu.. Peritnya...

Bantulah aku hamba Mu ini yg lemah.. Kau kuatkanlah iman ku, Kau bantulah aku utk menepis segala godaan yg dtg kemudian hari... Sesungguhnya Kau Maha Mengasihani hamba Mu..

SIYES AKU LEMAH..

Ya Allah, aku sememangnya x sekuat yg org laen lihat. aku lemah, ya Allah... aku sgt suka pd dia.. Tp aku tahu impian itu mustahil.

Aku mohon pd Mu, jika benar perasaanku ini, kau berikan aku ketenangan dan Kau sabarkan jiwaku yang sedang bergelora ini. Jika ianya sedar nafsu dan kekeliruan, Kau bantulah aku utk membuang perasaan ini sejauh mungkin.. Sesungguhnya aku berdosa kpd Mu sekiranya aku terus hanyut dengan perasaan ini...

Aku hanya hamba Mu yg amat memerlukan pertolongan dr Mu. Sesungguhnya Kau yg Maha Mengetahui dan Maha Mengasihani..

I Dun Know Wat 2 Do Wif My Blog Actually..

I dun like 2 share wat I feel 2 public. That's why I dun know wat 2 di wif this. Maybe, I can give my opinion about sth or give some in4mation via this blog.

GENERAL ENGLISH 2: 9TH POST (MARIAH)

Question 1: Marriage in different cultures leads to different perspective on bigamy, polygamy and monogamy. How do you react to this matter? What does the story present? Are those typical of today’s Malaysia?

In Islam itself, it encourages all those type of married. It doesn't means that men can married just like they want, but they need to follow all the rules and regulations. And for me, I don't care if my husband married more than one. He can married 2 until 4 if he wants but he needs to be fair and also he need to have a strong financial plan. It is the most important thing if my husband want to marry more than one. It is not beacause after he mrried another woman I want money as a conditon, but if does't has strong financial how he wants to feed his chldren soon.

The story of 'Mariah' represent about a man married with two women (polygamy). It shows how a husband wants to ask his wife to marry again but he still loves his first wife.

In Malaysia nowadays, most of women can't accept if their husband married with other women. They said that if their husband want to marry with ogher women it's shows that their husband do not love the anymore. That's why nowadays lots of devorces cases happen in Malaysia.

GENERAL ENGLISH 2: 8TH POST (TRAGEDY OF MY THIRD EYE)

Question 1: What do you think about bullying? Give reasons and examples.

For me, bullying is unacceptable things in this world. It is not a good thing to teach somebody or perhaps to treat people. I hate bullyer and I never be a bullyer altough I am an impatient person. People that make bully actually is kind of silly person. It is because they do it to people that is weak in a group. I think, thay only can do that if they re in group, not when they are alone. That is one of example that I can found. Another example as we can see in 'Tragedy of My Third Eye' short story, Ping was bullied by her classmate, Linda and Mugface.

Question 2: What does third eye represent?

'Third eye' represent of the unfair threat that Ping faced in her life. She got trouble in everywhere that she goes. In school,she always bullied by her classmate, Linda and Mugface. And her only one friend, May Yin also betrayed her after May Yin was persuade by Mugface to be Linda's friend. Mugface said that if May Yin be one of Linda's friend, they will treat her 'nasi lemak' everyday and teach her English.

When she at her house, she needs to face her madly aunt. Her aunt always scolded her and everything that she was done is not right for her aunt.

GENERAL ENGLISH 2: 5TH POST (THE PURPLE COLOR)

Question 1: Describe the changes that Celie, Shug and Sophia go through. (Provide examples from the scenes if possible).

Celie is the main charecter for 'The Purple Colour' movie. At the beginning of he story, she is very shy girl, kind of nerd, just follow what people said. She actually spoiled by her stepfather. When she 14 years old, she already has 2 children by his stepfather. But then,to of her child was given to other couple by her father itself. Then, she married with Robert by her steofather commond. After she married, she needs to takes care of her husband's children, clean the house and do everything what her husband wants. She never say no to her husband. After years, she met Shug, her husband's mistress. At the first met, Shug said thet Celis is an ugly woman. But after they being friend, Shug realized thet Celie actually has a beutiful smile. And she tough everything to Celie.After that, she became more braver after she met Sophia, her husband's son's (Harpo) wife. Sophia is a very outspoken woman and just do what she wants. At last, she decided that she wants to follow Shug out from that house. She had been a new people and know how to take care of her life. She also have a boutique.

For Shug, as we know for the first time she appeared in this movie, she kind of mad woamn. She said that Celie has an ugly face. But fter they being friend, she became more frindly with Celie. She tough everything to Celie. She actually has a conflic with his father. She is a singer which is very contrast with her father. Her father is a priest. One day when she sang in a show, she heard that people in the chruch sang a song entitled 'Lord, Speak to Me'. She remembered he father, and leave the show for her father. At last, her father accept her and he forgave his daughter.

Sophia, she is a very brave woman. At the fisrt time when she appeared in the movie, we already can see that she is kind of that type. But after she entered into the jail because of she does want to be a maid of the mayor of the city and fought with him, she became an untalkative and very passive. She just follow what poeple said. After she heard that Celie wants to leave the Robert's house, she became happy and got her passion back.


Question 2: Discuss the roles of women as portrayed in the movie and provide example of how they were treated.

In the story, its wants to show us how women was treated unfairly with men. They think that every women weak and just know about housework. That is why they can do averything with women and even beat them just like they want. We can see it on how Robert treat Celie. He makes Celie like a slave in his house and does not think about Celie's needs and perception.
